We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery. All items must be new, unopened and returned in original packaging. You must receive authorization from us before returning any items. If you fail to receive authorization prior to sending us a return, your refund may be delayed. Please email us at admin@alteredcrossstitch.com for authorization prior to making a return to minimize any delays in receiving your credit.

We do not accept returns on Custom products due to the personal nature and time invested on the project. These are one of a kind products.

We do not accept returns on E-mailed products because it is a digital, not a physial product. Please be sure that you like it before you finalize the checkout process.

All refunds will be made to the person / email address that made the original purchase. The cost of shipping will not be added back to the refund.
