We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery. All items must be new, unopened and returned in original packaging. You must receive authorization from us before returning any items. If you fail to receive authorization prior to sending us a return, your refund may be delayed. Please email us at admin@alteredcrossstitch.com for authorization prior to making a return to minimize any delays in receiving your credit. Any opened items cannot be returned at this time.

All refunds will be made to the person / credit card that made the original purchase. The cost of shipping will not be added back to the refund.
